Here are some things cleared up - to me, at least. And yes, I’m going to compare the lineup to Panic! At The Disco pre-Ryan and Jon leaving/reinsertion of the !… They practically have the same thing as us.
1. We’re going to be a quartet (four people).
2. Natalia is our Brendon Urie, she sings and does rhythm guitar and piano whenever needed.
3. Jared is our Spencer Smith, he drums.
4. My position is still rather unknown, but I’m most likely going to be our Jon Walker, since I’m probably the only guitarist (other than Suarez and Juan) that is willing to play bass for us.
5. We need to find a Ryan Ross, stat.
6. Kristen’s our manager and future merch girl.
7. We’re going to let everyone’s creativity show in our music. Lyrics might be mainly written by me and Natalia, but everyone needs to pitch in with composing. Even the smallest bit helps. We don’t want a repeat of our previous guitarist. Actually, I don’t want a repeat of EITHER of our previous guitarists.
8. Alex needs to be informed that he’s not going to be in a band with us anymore. I was thinking of telling him that “we want to go our separate ways and leave this mess behind us. Natalie (yes, NataliE) and I are going to start new.” Which leads to…
9. We can’t use the name Asthenia anymore. Too much connection to the previous lineup. And Alan was the one who made it up. That means figuring out a new name.
10. We aren’t going to be tyrannical, but Natalia and I are going to take charge of this band because WE started it, and we sure as hell ain’t finished.
I’ll add whenever I think of any more.
